By accessing or using the website and services provided by EPB Creations ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
EPB Creations provides web development, custom digital solutions, hosting, and related services as described on our website. The specific scope, deliverables, and timeline for each project are defined in individual proposals or service agreements.
When you create an account with us, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
Fees for our services are outlined in your service agreement or subscription plan. Recurring subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis as outlined in your service agreement.
Upon full payment, you own the custom code, designs, and content we create specifically for your project, unless otherwise specified in your agreement. We retain the right to use general techniques, tools, and frameworks. Third-party components (open-source libraries, fonts, etc.) remain subject to their respective licenses.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EPB Creations shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
Either party may terminate a service agreement with written notice as specified in the agreement. Upon termination, you remain responsible for any outstanding fees. We will provide reasonable assistance in transitioning your data and services.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Montreal, Quebec.
